Kiwanis Club of Bonham learns more about Fannin County Crisis Center

The Kiwanis Club of Bonham welcomed Carol Pillars and Treena Campbell from the Fannin County Crisis Center as speakers last week. The women spoke on their search for a new headquarters and the success of the recent “On the Moove” event, which was to raise money for the Crisis Center.

 

The Club inducted new member Derrell Hall, Fannin County Adult Probation officer.

Bill Jones of the Bonham Area Chamber of Commerce presented this week’s program. Jones spoke of the Autumn in Bonham bike rally and the progress with this event over the past twenty-four years.

Again, we remind you of the $400 reward being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons who vandalized Trade Days area in May. If you know who might have done this, it is your duty to report this to the Bonham Police. It is quite possible that the same thugs have been vandalizing the property of elderly people in northeast Bonham. Please call 903.583.2141 if you have any information.
