I’m GREG MIDDENTS, your candidate for Grayson County Judge. I need your vote and support.

Please consider my CORE VALUES and BELIEFS as you decide who will best serve you as your next County Judge. Grayson County residents have said they want LEADERSHIP on the Commissioners’ Court! They want a leader with VISION, SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE to move our county in the best direction.

I am that person and ready to lead. I will bring back HONOR, ACCOUNTABILITY, HONESTY, TRANSPARENCY, STABILITY and TRUST to our County!

It is imperative that we citizens “Take Back OUR County.”

“Servant Leadership is what I am about. My principal values and beliefs will be based on what will be best for the people in our County. “Doing justice, showing kindness and walking humbly among my neighbors and with God,” is my creed and my oath to you as your next County Judge.

Someone recently ask me what is “Servant Leadership?”

I would describe “Servant Leadership” as someone who wants to serve instead of being served. Servant Leadership is a quality demonstrated by specific actions.

Some of the actions are: LISTENING, HEALING, AWARENESS, PERSUASION, CONCEPTUALIZATION, FORESIGHT, STEWARDSHIP, GROWTH and BUILDING COMMUNITY.

You deserve a leader who has these qualities. You cannot just “talk the talk” you also have to “walk the walk.”  During the 16 years I served as your Justice of the Peace I was very proud of what I, working with you, accomplished.

• Bringing to the attention and addressing the issue of “kids skipping school” while also making their parents accountable for their misdeeds are a quality of a “Servant Leader.”

• Bringing Big Brothers and Big Sisters, the top mentoring program in this country into our county, is a quality of a “Servant Leader.”

• Organizing, planning and implication of “international youth” from all areas of the world, (Lions International) thereby promoting goodwill among nations for 14 years, is a quality of a “Servant Leader.”

• Serving “Meals on Wheels” one day a week for over 17 years to the elderly and homebound is a quality of a “Servant Leader.”

• Donating over “eleven gallons” of blood to the Texoma Regional Blood Bank is a quality of a “Servant Leader.”

• Going back to college after 20 years out and earning a master's degree in Organizational Leadership is a quality of a “Servant Leader.”

Be assured, as your Grayson County Judge I will try to bring these qualities of “Servant Leadership” to our county government.

You deserve better… We deserve better…

Together “Let’s Take Back OUR County,” so that it will truly be a government OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, AND FOR THE PEOPLE.

I NEED YOUR VOTE AND SUPPORT FOR THE FALL ELECTION.
I would be pleased to visit with you regarding your ideas and mine for improving our county government. You may contact me at:
