Bonham, Texas -- Graveside services for Yetta Loyce Proctor-George, 72, of Bonham, will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, August  31, 2010 in Flomot Cemetery, Flomot, Texas under the direction of Wise Funeral Home, Bonham, TX.  Wilburn Martin will officiate.  Yetta passed away Sunday, August 29, 2010 at Red River Regional Hospital in Bonham.   

Yetta was born April 16, 1938 in Flomot, Texas, daughter of William Edwin Bynum and Radoyce Viola Hardwick Bynum.  She was a graduate of Turkey High School in Turkey, Texas.  She was a bookkeeper for Overhead Door in Dallas for many years before her retirement.  Yetta was a member of First Baptist Church in Childress where she sang in the choir and taught Sunday school for many years.  She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi in Childress. 

Yetta moved to Bonham in 2000 and attended church at Fannin Bible Baptist.  She was a talented oil painter who loved her animals and enjoyed cooking.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Benny Jack Bynum. 

Yetta is survived by ~ 

Son:  Wesley Robert Proctor (Tammy DeAnn) of San Angelo, TX

Daughter:  Leslie Gwen Parson (Mark Gregory) of The Colony, TX

Brother:  Denny Mack Bynum of Lubbock, TX

Sister:  Retta Joyce Henderson (Rex) of Lubbock, TX

5 Grandchildren:  Brandon Wesley Proctor (Nathalie), Matthew Garrett Parson, Erik Grant Parson, Kinsley BreeAnn Proctor and Kailey DeeAnn Proctor
