Have you always wanted to take a Tai Chi class but never got around to signing up for one? The Red River Historical Museum is looking for ten people to begin a new class every Tuesday and Thursday from 3-4pm, taught by veteran martial arts instructor, Debra Williamson. The charge for the class is $40 per month which is only $5 per class; less if there are five weeks in a month!

Tai Chi is a very old Chinese martial art form. It can be thought of as a slow moving meditation.  You will receive the same benefits of an aerobic workout without  jarring your joints; a big asset for arthritis sufferers. It will strengthen your muscle and bone mass, relax your mind and body and improve your circulation, flexibility and posture.  You are never too old to start!
