Bonham, Texas -- Funeral services for Kevin Roger Peterson, age 57 of Bonham will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, August 28, 2010 at Cooper-Sorrells Chapel in Bonham, TX. Rev. Brad Dardaganian will officiate the service.  On Tuesday, August 31, 2010 a service will be held at 2:00 P.M. at Hill Funeral Home in Prescott Wisconsin with a visitation 1hr prior to the service. Interment will be at Pine Glen Cemetery in Prescott, WI. Mr. Peterson passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2010 at his home in Bonham.

Kevin Roger Peterson was born in Red Wing, MN on August 26, 1953 to parents Roger Peter and Irene Doris (Marsh) Peterson. He lived for many years with his parents on their farm outside of Prescott, WI. Kevin enjoyed people, bowling, collecting stamps and coins, going to Special Olympics and participating in the broad jump and bowling. His life revolved around his family, friends, and love of history. Kevin has been a resident of the Hoffman Mraz Care Home for the past 13 years.

He is survived by his father-Roger P. Peterson, sister-Maureen Reeder, niece-Mackenzie Reeder, nephew-John Reeder all of Bonham, TX; Uncle- Roman Peterson of Prescott, WI; and numerous cousins. He is preceded in death by his mother Irene D. Peterson, his baby sister Gwen Marie Peterson, and grandparents.

Pallbearers in Wisconsin will be David Peterson, Peter Peterson, Brian Peterson, Gregory Nelson, John Reeder, and Richard Marsh.

Family visitation will be held at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home in Bonham, on Saturday, August 28, 2010 from 1 P.M. until service time.
