08-21-10
Deputy Stovall responded to CR 4155 regarding a theft. The complainant stated the property acreage belonged to her mother. She stated there were padlocks on the entry gate that did not belong to any of the family members. She stated there were also animals that did not belong on the property. After gaining entry the complainant told the deputy that a tandem axle trailer and rotary tiller were missing. Case is under investigation.

Deputy Garrison was dispatched to CR 2990 regarding a burglary. The complainant told Deputy Garrison that someone had entered his residence and stolen a .22 caliber revolver from the living room. Several other firearms and electronic equipment were observed in the residence by the responding deputy. None of these articles were disturbed. Case is under investigation.

Deputy Williams met with a complainant at the Sheriff’s Office regarding a harassment complaint. The female complainant told Deputy Williams she had been receiving harassing text messages from her ex-boyfriend on her son’s cellular telephone. The complainant provided copies of the text messages and phone records regarding her complaint. The case is under investigation.
