Leonard, Texas -- Funeral services for Retha Mae Hall Rushing, 83-year-old Leonard resident, are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 23, 2010 at the Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ of Leonard.  Brother Mack Swain and Brother Aaron LeMaster will officiate.  Burial will be in the Leonard Cemetery.  Family visitation will be Sunday August 22, 2010 from 6 until 7:30 p.m. at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Chapel in Leonard. 

Mrs. Rushing was born October 18, 1926 at Blanton Chapel near Leonard, Texas.  Her parents were Joe and Edna Ann Latimer Hall.  She was a high school graduate, a telephone operator and a member of the Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ of Leonard.  She married Conley Doyle in 1944.  After his death, she married Ray Rushing March 6, 1970.  She passed away Saturday August 21, 2010 at the Leonard Manor.  She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
