TAKE NOTICE THAT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE FANNIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL BE HELD IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM FANNIN COUNTY COURTHOUSE BONHAM, TEXAS MONDAY, AUGUST 23, 2010 9:00 A.M.
To consider any lawful subjects which come before it, Including the following:
1. Invocation

3. Approve minutes of previous meeting
4. Discussion, consideration and action regarding the bids, final floor plan/specs for the new animal shelter
5. Discussion, consideration and action to retain the temporary part-time employee through September 30, 2010 in an effort to meet the requirements of HB3352 and for payroll to be paid out of line item 19-450-107
6. Discussion, approval and adoption of the Fannin County Jury Selection Plan to become effective October 1, 2010 and entry into the minutes of the Fannin County Commissioners Court
7. Consideration and action to approve the purchase of tasers and ammunition for the 336th District Court and County Court at Law from the Justice Court Building Security Fund 14-435-320
8. Consideration and action to approve the award of the bid for the asbestos abatement on the Old Jail, Laundry and Coop buildings
9. Consideration and action to approve the change order for the repair of the exterior of the Windom Building from Roofing by Petty for the installation of drain pans and drains to funnel the water on the roof into the new downspouts
