The Artist Way material is divided into a twelve-week course covering one chapter each week, with assignments much like any semester-long college class.  Each chapter is devoted to a particular aspect of recovering the inner artist. They discuss some of the pitfalls and problems of the creative process and provide exercises designed to stimulate your creativity and sense of self.
