Grand Prairie, Texas -- Graveside services for Mr. James Edward Golden., age 71, of Grand Prairie, will be held at 2:00 P.M.Tuesday, August 10, 2010 in Willow Wild Cemetery under the direction of Wise Funeral Home in Bonham.  Dr. Gene Owen will officiate.  James passed away early Sunday, August 8, 2010 in Arlington. 

James was born in Lendon, Texas the son of Johnny and Amberine Golden.  He was a United States Army veteran.  James married Patsy Owen on May 3, 1967 in Dallas, Texas.  He was a plant worker for General Motors. 

He is survived by:

Wife: Patsy Owen Golden of Grand Prairie

Son:  Gary Golden and wife, Beatriz of Grand Prairie      

Daughter: Brigitte Herrmann and husband, Dan of Atlanta, Georgia        

Brothers:  Donald, Eugene, Charles and Harold Golden 

Grandchildren:   Gary Golden, Amber Golden and Madison Herrmann

The family will receive friends at Wise Funeral Home 1:00 P.M. prior to service.
