Bonham, Texas -- A celebration of life for Dennis Clay Woodall age 58, of Bonham is to be held over Memorial Day weekend in Somerset, KY. Dennis passed away on Thursday April 15, 2010 at Presbyterian Medical Center in Plano. Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home of Bonham is in charge of local arrangements.

 

Dennis Clay Woodall was born in Somerset, KY on August 15, 1951 to parents Clinton and Irma Phelps Woodall. He married Pamela Kay Waltz on September 12, 1982 in Wichita Falls. Dennis was employed as a  Sr. Technical Instructor with Ericsson Telecommunication, and served in the U.S. Air Force for 26 years retiring as Chief Master Sergeant.

 

 

He is survived by wife-Pam Woodall of Bonham; son-Jody Woodall; son- Brett Woodall; daughter-April Notter of Stauton, IL; son-Jeremiah Dodds and wife Emerald of Bonham, TX; grandsons-Devan Pittman, Evan Notter, and Angel Mayhue, siblings-Janice Dodson of Somerset, KY; Sandra Johnson and husband John of Sunman, IN; Dewitt Woodall and wife Margie of Somerset, KY; Phillip Woodall and wife Gloria of Somerset, KY; Kevin Woodall of Somerset, KY; Sue Pike and husband Roy of Danville, KY; Rhonda Crowe of Evansville, IN; Richard Woodall and wife Loretta of Bellville, Florida.; and Dennis’s  best friend Kevin Grover of Allen. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandson Lee Shawn Pittman.
