Second Saturdays in downtown McKInney have always been fun and entertaining, but this weekend will start a new tradition. Local McKinney artists will be featured on the Square at various locations.
McKinney Performing Arts Center, Cafe Malaga and other restaurants will host the artists for what hopefully will become a standard for all Second Saturday weekends.
The artists will not only have many of their works for sale, but will be painting, sketching, drawing and creating on site, demontrating their talents for the public. This is a great opportunity for visitors to purchase fabulous artwork by local artists in their community, and may I add, at very resonable prices.
So, mark your calandars for March 13, 7-10 pm and partake in the Second Saturday experience. Enjoy fine dining, great live music and fabulous art.
