Voices like this don't come along every day, but thanks to the annual South By Southwest musical extravaganza coming up later this month in Austin, Texans are about to get a good look at Tara Holloway. They aren't likely to forget her, either. 

If the name wasn't already taken, you could call this wild redhead Slash, because critics are calling Holloway a folk/blues/punk/rock singer/songwriter in a futile attempt to describe something that really defies description. 

Sins to Confess may be Holloway's debut release, but this remarkable effort has been years in the making.  She sings hard, lives fast and laughs like it might be her last chance. Now it's your chance.

If you enjoy avant-garde songwriters like David Gray or even the Lone Star legend herself, Michelle Shocked, and if you aren't easily shocked, come to think of it, you just might want to have a seat at the Opening Bell in Dallas on March 16 when Tara Holloway takes the stage.  The next time this girl hits town, seats are gonna he hard to come by.
