Bonham, Texas -- Funeral service for Mr. Price Howell, age 85, of Bonham, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, March 5, 2010 at the Wise Funeral Home Chapel.  Rev. Liz Talbert will officiate.  Burial will follow in the Dodd City Cemetery.  Price died at Red River Medical Center in Bonham on March 2, 2010.

He was born on September 7, 1924 in Lannius, Texas the son of John Irving Howell and Ada Hester Howell.  He was a Bonham High School graduate and was a United States Army Veteran.  

Price was a longtime employee as a supervisor for Southwest Pump Company in Bonham.  Price enjoyed bowling and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Bonham. 

He was preceded in death by his sister Nadine Coonrod on June 24, 2009.

  Bruce and wife Janice Coonrod of Rowlett
  Bryan Coonrod of Wylie
Niece:  Brenda Lay and husband Bob of Royce City
Special friend Fran Campbell of Bonham
Several cousins and host of extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends at Wise Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday, March 4, 2010.
