7.    APPROVE CONSENT AGENDA: 

All of the following items on the Consent Agenda are considered to be self-explanatory by the Council and will be enacted with one motion.  There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member or citizen so request.  For a citizen to request removal of an item, a speaker card must be filled out and submitted to the City Secretary.

7.1       January 19, 2010 Regular Session.

7.2       February 1, 2010 Special Session

7.3       Approve financials.

8.  BUSINESS

8.1             Discuss and act upon Ordering General Election for one Mayoral Seat and two City Council Seats for May 8, 2010.

8.2             Discuss and act upon approving a Joint Election Agreement between the City of Tom Bean and the Tom Bean Independent School District.

8.3             Discuss and act upon passing Resolution 2010-01 authorizing the Joint Election with the City of Tom Bean and the Tom Bean Independent School District.
