Natchitoches, Louisiana -- Funeral service for Justin Bailey will be 11 a.m. Sunday, February 7, 2010 at New Life Evangelism Center of Natchitoches with Reverend Ben Bjonberg officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Florien, LA under the direction of Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at Blanchard St. Denis on Saturday, February 6, 2010 from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m.

Justin, 47, passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2010 with his family by his side. He was born September 1, 1962 in Sherman, Texas to Leonard Bailey and Aurline Rougeou Bailey.

He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Connie Sue (Woodel) Bailey; mother, Aurline Rougeou Bailey of LeCompte, LA; Son, Jimmy Woodel; daughter, Penny Woodel and her children Dene’, Van and John Putke; sisters, Valerie Easley and her husband John Norris of Ravenna, Texas and Lynn Edwards and her husband Mark of Cape Carl, FL; Maternal Grandmother, Ruby Rougeou of LeCompte; his mother-in-law, Margaret; niece and nephew Bailey and Connor Pollack both of Pembrook Pines, FL; and many close personal friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Bailey; paternal grandparents, Charles V. and Anna Nora Bailey and his maternal grandfather Bennie Rougeou.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers include Phillip Behan, Timothy Behan, Brad Eskew, Brian Hester, Chauncey Nichols and Mike Edwards.
