12-10-2009 Deputy Earls responded to a theft report on FM 816. The complainant told Deputy Earls he had several thefts from his property in the past, but had never reported them. The complainant told Deputy Earls that some unknown person(s) had stolen a 20-gallon propane tank from his motor home. No other information available at the time.

 

12-12-2009 Sergeant Baxter responded to an assault with a deadly weapon complaint on Depot Street in Ladonia. EMS was at the scene treating the victim when Sergeant Baxter arrived. Sergeant Baxter interviewed witnesses at the scene. The deputy was able to determine that the victim had been speaking with his brother. While the victim and his brother were talking, a female came to their location. The female started hitting the victim. The victim fell to the ground and the female subject fled the scene. The female had stabbed the victim at least 3 times. Deputies attempted to locate the female suspect, but were not able to find her at the time. The suspect was identified by the victim and his brother. The victim was transported to the hospital in Greenville. A warrant for the arrest of the female suspect will follow. Case is under investigation.

 

12-12-2009 Deputy Scott responded to a burglary in progress call on Paris Street in Ladonia. When Deputy Scott arrived she spoke with the female complainant who told her that her boyfriend had kicked in the front door of the apartment. The complainant said the 2 individuals had been in an argument and the male subject kicked in the front door of the apartment in order to retrieve some of his personal property. The male subject returned to the scene and spoke with Deputy Scott. After the interview with Deputy Scott, the male subject was arrested for Criminal Mischief and transported to the Fannin County Jail.

 

12-12-2009 Deputy Walker responded to a theft report on Lakeview at Lake Bonham. The complainant told Deputy Walker that he and his wife were in the process of moving. The complainant told Walker that someone had stolen a box blade attachment and a wagon from his front yard. The complainant gave Deputy Walker a suspect name. Case is under investigation.
