Dodd City Hornets 52, Maud Cardinals 40

The Dodd City Hornets defeated the Maud Cardinals Tuesday night by the score of 52 to 40.  The Hornets jumped out to a quick 13 to 2 lead, but Maud was able to fight back, and stay close throughout the first half. 

The Hornets led by 22 at the end of the third quarter until some costly turnovers led to a Maud rally. 

Scoring for the Hornets was Nathan Roberts with 14, Patrick Moore with 11, Jaylen Wallace with 10, Steven Cockrill with 8, Shihei Williams with 4, Landon Darwin & Dillon Stewart with 2, and Seth Stephens with 1 point.  Dodd City opens up with Community on Thursday in the Bland Tournament.
