Dodd City Lady Hornets drop close decision to Irving Universal

The DC Lady Hornets had a hard fought 39-35 loss to Irving Universal Friday night. 

The Lady Hornets were led by Freshman Alex Hilliard with 10 points and 10 rebounds on the night.  Freshman Christi Petty chipped in 10 points and 5 assists.  Freshman Misty Goodin added 8 points. Freshman Briann Hilliard had 6 points with 6 rebounds and Senior Kayla Thompson added 1 point on the night.

The Lady Hornets will travel to Yantis Tuesday night.
