In the first round of action of the 6th Annual Glen Fields Invitational Tournament, at Campbell HS,  the Trenton Lady Tigers (0-3) took on the Lady Warriors of Honey Grove. 

The Lady Warriors quickly jumped out to an 24 - 1 lead in the first quarter and never looked back.  In the second, the Lady Tigers were able to cut into the lead some going into the half down 37-8. 

In the third quarter, the Lady Tigers could not get things going and fell behind 59-8. In the final period, the Lady Tigers fought hard but could not contain the the Lady Warriors,  losing 77-14.

Leading the way for Lady Tigers was Marla Frazier with nine points, Alexis Somers had four points, and Cessna Reed finished with one. 

In the second round of action, the Lady Tigers will take on the Detroit Lady Eagles on Friday at 3:00 pm.
