With Danyelle Huey knocking down 19 points, the junior high Lady Eagles beat Roxton, 30-22, to earn their first victory of the season.

Ector had a 6-2 advantage after the first period and stretched that lead to 13-6 at halftime.   Both teams played well in the second half, but Ector's fast start gave the Lady Eagles an eight-point win.

In addition to Huey's dominating performance, Tiffany Sellers was only one point away from a double-digit night as she put up nine points.  Ashland Merworth tossed in two points.

The Ector Junior High girls will be back in action November 30 at Dodd City, with the tip-off scheduled for 6:00 p.m.
