Deputy Scott responded to a burglary call on Recreation Road #3. The complainant told the deputy that unknown an subject(s) had stolen a 2 wheel trailer and tools from his residence. The complainant said the items were taken from the residence sometime between October 2009 and November 3, 2009. Loss was valued at approximately $1,000.
Deputy Williams contacted a complainant at the Sheriff’s Office regarding a burglary that had occurred at her residence on FM 1552. The complainant told the deputy that an unknown person(s) has stolen a wire welder from the carport area at her residence. No other information available at this time.
Deputy Earls responded to a call on CR2155 regarding an assault. When deputies arrived at the residence they found 1 individual that was bleeding from a stab wound. During the initial investigation it was determined that a father and son had been in an argument over an incident that had occurred weeks prior to this assault. Deputies observed that both parties had injuries consistent with knife cuts. 2 knifes were secured as evidence. There were multiple parties at the residence who were interviewed. 1 individual was taken to Paris Regional Hospital, while the other individual was treated at Red River Regional Hospital. That individual treated at Red River Regional was subsequently arrested after medical treatment. Case in under investigation at this time.
Deputy Baxter was dispatched to FM273 regarding a stolen tractor. The complainant told Deputy Baxter that someone had cut the lock on the gate to his property stolen his Kubota tractor and shredder. The tractor and shredder are valued at $14,900.
