Dodd City ISD receives Gold Performance Acknowledgments from Texas Education Agency

Dodd City Independent School District received the following Gold Performance Acknowledgments for the 2009 school year from the Texas Education Agency. 

These acknowledgments recognize districts and campuses for high academic performance on indicators other than those used for accountability ratings. Dodd City ISD received acknowledgment in 10 of the 13 designated district areas. These acknowledgments are a result of the high expectations and hard work of the faculty, staff, students and parents of the Dodd City Independent School District. 

Attendance Rate

Standard = 96%

College Ready Graduates

Standard = 35 % or more

Recommended/Distinguished Graduation Plan

Standard = 85% or more

Commended Performance: Reading/ELA

Standard = 30% or more

Commended Performance: Mathematics

Standard = 30% or more

Commended Performance: Writing

Standard = 30% or more

Commended Performance: Science

Standard = 30% or more

Commended Performance: Social Studies

Standard = 30% or more

TSI – Higher Education Readiness Component: ELA

Standard = 60% or more
