TAKE NOTICE THAT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE FANNIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL BE HELD IN THE COUNTY COURTROOM FANNIN COUNTY COURTHOUSE BONHAM, TEXAS MONDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2009 9:00 A.M.

To consider any lawful subject(s) which come before it,
and specifically including the following:

4. Consideration and action to approve Resolution electing to become eligible to participate in Tax Abatement, and adopting Amended Tax Abatement Guidelines

5. Consideration and action to approve Order of the Commissioners Court of Fannin County, Texas rescinding designation of County Reinvestment Zones (Described/Defined) and Rescinding the “Fannin County Property Abatement Program/Reinvestment Zones (Described/Defined)”

6. Consideration and action to approve Proclamation pertaining to November 2009 as Home Care Hospice Month

Consideration and action to approve the donation of two (2) Hobart refrigerators (in need of repair and no longer operational) to the Fannin County Community Ministries, Inc. and having necessary repairs being done by volunteer so the Food Pantry can order, receive and preserve additional cold items from the North Texas Food Bank

11. Consideration and action to approve the bid process for the Sheriff’s Office Vehicle Maintenance

12. Consideration and action to approve the sale of a seized 1991 Suzuki Bandit Motorcycle on Lone Star Auctioneers online auction
