3.  Consider approval of the financial report for the month of Oct. 2009

 

4.  Citizens opportunity to speak:  (The Board of Directors of the Fannin Rural Rail District invites persons with comments or observations to briefly address the Board for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter should be referred to board for study and response and/or be placed on a future meeting agenda.  State law prohibits the Board of Directors from considering deliberations on any item not listed on the posted Board of Directors Agenda.)
