Bonham Mayor Roy Floyd today encouraged citizens to volunteer to help our Senior Center with “Meals on Wheels” delivery.  

Floyd who serves on the Fannin, Grayson and Cooke county “Meals on Wheels” Board said volunteers are needed immediately to help with daily delivery of these meals to our shut in seniors!

Bonham Senior Center Manager Mae Knight can be contacted at the Center 903-583-8573, to volunteer.  This is a very rewarding way to volunteer and is a special service to our Seniors who need someone to care about them and their nutritional needs said Floyd!

Work is continuing on the Senior Citizen project to find a new building or new location for our Center.  Plans are in the works and should be announced soon, said Mayor Roy Floyd.
