The public is invited to a Partners In Education (P.I.E.) talk by Dr. Nikhil Joshi on Wednesday, October 28 from 11:30-12:30 at L.I.F.E. Center Specialty Hospital, 1111 Gallagher Drive in Sherman.
Dr. Nikhil Joshi is an Interventional Cardiologist whose office is located at 300 N.. Highland in Sherman. Dr. Joshi’s undergraduate degree is from Illinois Institute of Technology and he attended Wayne State University School of Medicine. His internship and Residency programs were at the University of Texas Health Science Center. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Angela Appleton, RN, Vice President of Quality Care and Delivery at Home Hospice says “Persons with heart failure experience symptoms that distress them and their family members and compromise quality of life. Physicians and other health care professionals can help those with heart failure design medication and activity programs tht promote a quality life.” This program will be of general interest for people of all ages.
A light sandwich luncheon is available for $5.00. Pie and coffee will also be served. The series is free, but reservations are required.
