TAKE NOTICE THAT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE FANNIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL BE HELD IN THE
COUNTY COURTROOM FANNIN COUNTY COURTHOUSE
BONHAM, TEXAS MONDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2009 9:00 A.M.

SPECIFICALLY FOR THE FOLLOWING:

1. Invocation

2. Public Forum

3. Consideration and action to approve minutes of previous meeting(s)

4. Discussion, consideration and action to approve purchase of public access computer, determine where to house same, approve internet network, cabling and all supplies necessary for all county offices to be used by public and paid from County RMP funds - Tammy Rich and Nancy Young

5. Discussion on status and progress of the new county animal shelter and action regarding same if necessary

6. Consideration and action to approve Proclamation declaring Week of October 23-31, 2009 as Red Ribbon Week in Fannin County

7. Discussion, consideration and action with regard to proposed Executive Order pertaining to prohibiting outside ambulance service providers from operating and/or soliciting business in Fannin County

8. Consideration and action to approve December 22, 2009 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. for the annual Fannin County Employee Awards Luncheon at the Family Life Center, catered by Cappy’s Cafe

9. Consideration and action to approve the Treasurer’s report for September, 2009

10. Discussion, consideration and action to approve or decline Notification of Intent pertaining to Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) available through American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 and designate Fannin County Judge to sign documentation on behalf of Fannin County

11. Consideration and action to approve the award of the FSCO Dispatch Console Quote for replacement of the equipment that was destroyed by lightening (tabled by Commissioners Court on 9/25/09 pending more research)

12. Discussion, consideration and action to approve:
(a) the bid process for the repair of the roof at the former Coop building damaged by hail and under insurance claim;
(b) repair of roof at courthouse on northeast side of the Information Technology Office; and (c) repair of timbers and shanks on exterior of Windom county building

13. Consideration and action to approve Precinct One to surplus and sell two Champion Motor graders online with Lone Star Auctioneers

14. Consideration and action to confirm Rutledge Crain & Company as outside Auditors for audit year FY 2008-2009

15. Consideration and action to approve budget amendments from County auditor’s Office for FY 2008-2009

16. Consideration and action to approve payment of bills
