Daniella Rivera competes for the Miss Jr. Teen Dallas Title

Daniella Rivera of Bonham was recently selected to participate in Nationals’ 2009 Miss Jr. Teen Dallas pageant competition scheduled to take place October 25, 2009, at the Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth. Daniella submitted an application and took part in an interview process conducted by Anna Klejnowski, this year’s Dallas Pageant Coordinator.
 
Daniella is currently enrolled at Grayson County College as a dual credit student, planning to pursue a dual major in education and journalism. She will graduate from high school June 2010. Daniella is an active member of Faith Church in Sherman, where she sings in the Reach Choir and participates in youth activities. She has been a member and leader of Four Corners 4-H in Fannin County over six years and also serves as a youth volunteer for the Texoma Chapter of American Red Cross.
 
Daniella will be competing for her share of thousands of dollars in prizes, specialty gifts and scholarships. Competition includes modeling casual and formal wear, but most importantly, will display her personality and interviewing skills when interviewing with this year’s pageant judges. Personality is the number one aspect that each contestant is judged on during all phases of competition.
 
 
If Daniella wins the title of Miss Jr. Teen Dallas, she will represent Dallas and the surrounding communities at the Cities of America National Competition taking place in Orlando, Florida, December 2009. Over $60,000.00 in prizes and scholarships will be presented at the National Competition while each winner enjoys this expense paid trip of five nights and six days in Orlando, Florida.
 
Community businesses, organizations, and private individuals will assist Daniella in participating in this year’s competition by becoming her official sponsor. Through sponsorship, she receives all the necessary training, rehearsals, and financial support which will allow her to become a very confident and well-prepared contestant in this year’s Dallas Pageant.
