ARTECONA, CID JR

41, from Navasota, was found guilty by the jury of two counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child-Enhanced and was sentenced by the jury to two life terms in prison and $10,000 fine on each.  Judge Fallon ordered that the sentences were to be served consecutively.

 

CUMMINGS, DUDLEY LELAND

55, from Collinsville, pled guilty to Aggravated Sexual Assault of Child and was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

 

HARTMAN, LISA

40, from Denison, pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 7 years in prison and $500 fine.

 

BRIDGES, SHELLEY ALISSA

27, from Sherman, was sentenced to five years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of her probation previously granted for Burglary of Habitation.  Bridges also pled guilty to Tampering with Physical Evidence and was sentenced to two years in prison.  Bridges also pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance – Cocaine and was sentenced to 18 months state jail.

19, from Denison, was sentenced to 5 years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for Burglary of Habitation.

27, from Mexico, pled guilty to Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer and was sentenced to five years in prison and $1,500 fine.  Rodriguez also pled guilty to Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle, Possession of a Controlled Substance – Cocaine, and Criminal Mischief over $1,500 and was sentenced to 18 months in state jail and a $1,500 fine on each case.

 

PERCELL, CHAD

37, from Sherman, pled guilty to two counts of Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to 18 months state jail on each case.

 

CONNER, DANNY PAUL

45, from Denison, was sentenced to 15 months in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for two cases of Theft over $1,500.  Conner also pled guilty to Theft over $1,500 and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 15 months in state jail.

19, from Denison, was sentenced to 12 months in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for  Burglary of a Building and Theft over $1,500.  Wood also pled guilty to Theft over $1,500 and Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 12 months in state jail and a $500 fine on each.
