Bonham -- The 2009 Bonham Lady Warriors gave the hometown crowd exactly what they came to see when Bonham put away the Class 4A Little Elm Lady Lobos in straight sets in the Lady Warriors' home opener.

With Sydney Millhollon, Kelsey Hines, Paige Riza and Katelyn Bardwell getting early kills, Bonham ran away with the opener, 25-10.

Millhollon, Hines and Haley Walker registered kills, while Ashley Sanders slipped an ace through the Lady Lobos as Bonham took an 11-6 lead in game two.  Millhollon came back with two more kills and Chelsea Murphey got in on the fun with a pair of kills.  Little Elm began hitting their stride on offense too, but by then Bonham had a 25-18 victory in the second game.

Little Elm was very competitive in game three, however the Lady Warriors pulled away late in the game to take a 25-22 win and get the sweep.

With the win, Bonham improves to 12-6 on the season, while the loss drops Little Elm to 7-8.
