All-new 2010 Toyota Prius to make North Texas debut at Heard Museum Green Living Family Festival May 2

Attendees of the 3rd Annual Heard Museum’s Green Living Family Festival will have the exciting opportunity to see Toyota’s third-generation hybrid vehicle, the 2010 Prius, from Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney before its official release to the dealerships. 

A few facts about the 2010 Prius: 

·         Combined EPA estimated fuel efficiency rating of 50 miles-per-gallon.

·         Larger and more powerful 1.8-liter Atkinson-cycle, four-cylinder engine.

·         Equipped with advanced standard and available features such as a moonroof with solar panels, four driving modes, Intelligent Parking Assist (IPA) and steering wheel touch controls that display on the instrument panel. 

For those interested in learning more about the 2010 Prius, Craig Marckwardt, Toyota Senior Retail Trainer and Curriculum Developer, will present a live walk-around at the event and will be available at the Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney booth for a question and answer session.  

ADDITIONAL OFFERINGS       

Attendees of the Green Living Family Festival will also have the opportunity to check out the latest hybrid vehicles, the newest green products, talk to the experts and discover great ways to conserve and recycle.  Kids will enjoy a bounce house, a petting zoo, “green” crafts, animal talks & presentations, and more!  Special presentations will include CBS 11 Chief Meteorologist, Larry Mowry’s “Wonders of Weather”, Home Energy Tips from TXU Energy, a Recycling Game from IESI and an Eco Friendly Fashion Show.
