Fannin County Sheriff’s Narcotic’s Investigators received information regarding the sale of illegal drugs at an address on Bois d’ Arc Street in Leonard. After investigating the original complaint investigators were secured a Search and Arrest warrant for the residence and the occupants.
At approximately 7:00 P.M. January 29, 2009 deputies executed the search warrant and arrested four individuals located at the Bois d’ Arc Street address.
The four subjects arrested included Leonard residents Travis James Croley, a 22-year-old male, and Joshua Lance Brewer, a 24-year-old male.
Also arrested was Ysmael Arguello, Jr., 25-year-old male from Dallas, and Pricilla Dawn Pardun, 19-year-old female from Mesquite.
Investigator’s found methamphetamine, marijuana, prescription drugs and a substantial amount of distribution supplies. The distribution supplies are indicative of the sale of illegal narcotics from the residence. Several items believed to have been taken in burglaries and traded for drugs were also located at the residence. A 9MM pistol was found in the possession of the Arguello subject.
The 4 individuals are currently in the Fannin County Jail charged with Illegal Possession of a Controlled Substance <1 gram in a Drug Free Zone. Bond has been set at $30,000 each on the 4 individuals.
