01-05-09   A resident of Northern Hills north of Denison reported to Deputy John Pearson that sometime during the night someone entered a storage shed next to the building and took a motorcycle without permission.  The dirt bike was valued at $400.00.

 

01-05-09   An employee came into a business on FM-160 south of Whitewright and discovered someone had broken a window out to gain entry.  The only thing that could be discovered missing was a safe with some legal papers and a company credit card inside.  Investigators are flowing up leads at this time.

 

01-05-09   Deputy Derek Humphreys responded to a burglary call as a residence on FM-697 near Sherman.  The homeowner told Deputy Humphreys that sometime during the night someone entered the open garage and took a chain saw and a power washer all valued at over $700.00.

 

01-05-09   A construction worker that had been away for a time told Deputy Jordan Clark that he came back to his residence near Denison to find his tools and other construction equipment valued at over $9,000.00 were missing from his garage.  The homeowner said he had a friend staying at the residence to watch things and pay bills until his job ended and returned home.  Further investigation into this incident is underway by Sheriff’s Office Investigators.

 

01-06-09   A Mead, Oklahoma man came to a friends boathouse at Eisenhower Marina.  When he arrived he discovered that his friend was not there.  When he was leaving the boathouse he was approached by several men who started beating on him.  Nothing was said and no reason for the assault was given.  The man went to TMC in Denison for treatment on his face, hands and arms.
