Bonham Christian Academy recently received a generous grant from the Glaser Family Charitable Foundation.  

Kristin Reid, director of the private school, said, “We are truly blessed and appreciative for the generous financial gift from the foundation.  The donation was designated to help pay teacher salaries."

B.C.A. is a non-profit corporation 501(3)c registered through the state of Texas and focuses on teaching first through eighth grade with qualified, certified teachers.  Each day is structured in teaching from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.

“Our teachers are free to use their creativity in the classroom to work with each student at his/her own level, and as a result, many of our students are working above their grade levels,” Ms. Reid said.

Bonham Christian Academy teaches the Christian faith and moral values within the academic subjects.  Monthly field trips are enjoyed as well as weekly chapel with Pastor Rodney Sprayberry.

B.C.A., located on FM 1265 off State Highway 82, is open to all religious faiths and denominations.  Students may enroll at anytime throughout the school year.
