Fannin County Sheriff's Office responds to reported Aggravated Robbery

On March 7, 2008 deputies of the Fannin County Sheriff Office responded to a reported Aggravated Robbery at 5046 FM 1396 in Telephone, Texas. 

Sheriff's Investigator's learned that 19-year-old Sean Petrovic of Ivanhoe and a 14-year-old juvenile of Ivanhoe, robbed 72-year-old Wilbern Lasater at knife-point.  The two subjects walked into the man’s house while the man was sitting in his living room.  They pointed the knife at him and demanded money from Mr. Lasater.  Lasater told them he did not have any money.  Lasater then ran to the back of his residence and the two suspects fled the residence through the front door. 

The suspects were identified later by Wilbern Lasater and picked up and questioned by Fannin County Investigators.  The 19-year-old Sean Petrovic and the 14-year-old juvenile both confessed to the robbery. 

Sean Petrovic, of Ivanhoe, was booked-in for Aggravated Robbery, his bond was set at $30,000. 

The 14-year-old juvenile, of Ivanhoe, was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center in Sherman where he is still being held.
