SOSU's Cliff Eddings, Ashley Graham earn LSC Scholar-Athlete honor

DURANT, Okla. - Southeastern's Cliff Eddings and Ashley Graham have been recognized as Lone Star Conference Scholar-Athletes as announced by the conference office.

Each academic year, the LSC presents a Scholar-Athlete Award to one male and one female student-athlete at each member institution. These student-athletes are selected as representatives for the outstanding accomplishments in athletics, scholarship and leadership that are displayed on each LSC campus during the year.

To be eligible for consideration, student-athletes must have participated at least two years in their sport and must have exhausted their athletic eligibility.

Eddings, a native of Coalgate, Okla., is a double major in computer science and math.

He has been a two-year starter for the Savage Storm football team and started in 20 consecutive games on the SOSU offensive line in the final two season of his career.

Graham hails from Grand Prairie, Texas, and is a psychology major.

She hit .332 in her senior campaign, and .355 for her career. She blasted 21 home runs in her two seasons and drove in 104 RBI, including a team-best 61 as a senior.
