Tuesday, June 24, the Bonham Rotary Club held their annual Installation of Officers Event. This year's event was held at Legacy Ridge Country Club with 44 members and guests attending.
Dr. Lee Schreiber was given a gift for his work on the annual golf tournament for the last 2 years, Tommie Sue Turner was given a gift for her 7 years of service as an officer, and incoming president Ross Griffin presented a president's plaque to Carl McEachern who is the outgoing president.
As the final award of the evening, Foundation Chairman Allen Sanderson presented Carl McEachern with the prestigeous award of a Paul Harris Fellowship.
The new officers for 2008-2009 year are: Ross Griffin, President; John Farris, President-Elect; Carl McEachern, Past President; Beth Robertson, Secretary; Janet Martin, Treasurer; Joe Pulliam, Sergeant-At-Arms; Nancy Lawrence, Vocational Service; Tyler Todd, Community Service; Judy Outlaw, Club Service; Mike Weber, International Service; Allen Sanderson, Foundation Chairman; and Dr. Dana Sisk, Club Level Trainer.
