In a very competitive District 9-3A contest, the Prosper Lady Eagles edged the Bonham Lady Warriors, 42-36.
Amber White led Bonham with 16 points, 15 rebounds, two steals and a block. Ashley Verner turned in another solid performance with eight points and a pair of assists. Ashley Leeks scored six points and dished off five assists.
Barbara Kemp finished with three points and four assists. Jessica Duvall had three points.
The boys game was also close, but the Prosper Eagles defeated the Bonham Warriors, 52-49.
