Several special events are planned for the Farmers & Fleas Market in downtown Farmersville at the historic Onion Shed on Saturday, December 1.  Sales hours are 9 AM - 4 PM.

Santa will be at the Market from 11 AM - 1 PM, and there will be holiday DJ music from 11 AM - 3 PM.

Entries for the Holiday Bake Off will be accepted from 9 AM - noon, and will be judged at 1 PM.  No registration fee.  Prizes for top 3 cooks.  Categories are Children's Cookies (age 10 and up), Adult Cookies, Adult Pie, and Adult Cake.

What happens to all those baked goodies?

They will be awarded to winners of the Cake Walk.  It is for all ages and will be from 1-3 PM.  To participate bring $1 or an unwrapped toy for the Angel Tree at First Bank, benefiting needy children in the community.
