One-Night Performance Opens 2007-2008 Resident Company Season
FORT WORTH, TX  -  Kids Who Care, a non-profit international musical theatre company based in Fort Worth, will open its Resident Company's 2007-2008 season with a one-night performance of Earth and Soul: The Green Revolution on October 5, 2007, 7:30 pm at The Scott Theatre.

Kids Who Care's Earth and Soul: The Green Revolution is an original musical production that reveals why the youngest people of the planet hold the secret to saving our earth. In this inspiring, hilarious musical, five children are catapulted to the center of the earth on an unlikely journey of discovery, surrounded by Music Makers, Mole People and Warriors.

"We produce an original musical each year, guided by the hearts and voices of our kids and the artists we work with," said Deborah Jung, founding and executive director of Kids Who Care. "Earth and Soul is a piece about taking care of our planet, and each other. It's perfect for the whole family. By the end of the performance, we hope you've laughed a lot, danced heartily from your seat and are inspired to be a part of creating a better world!"

The Kids Who Care Resident Company is an audition company of children ranging in age from six to 18. The Resident Company performs locally, nationally and internationally each year, September through May. Past performance venues include Off-Broadway at the Lamb's Theatre, both Disney's, The Kennedy Center and at 30,000 feet for the Make A Wish Foundation.

This one-night performance will run Friday, October 5th at 7:30pm at the Scott Theatre, 1300 Gendy St. in Fort Worth. Ticket prices are $12-$15 or $10 each for groups of 10 or more. Tickets are available by calling 817.737.5437 or online at
