K. Multicultural Student Leadership Conference, the Living Leadership Lectureship Program, and the Bridging the Gap Minority Leadership Training Workshop.

Phelps said, "I am thankful for being promoted to Assistant Dean of Students. The highest reward for the work I do with the students on campus is not what I receive, but what the students become because of it. I absolutely love our students."
She has received numerous awards and honors, including the Spirit of Southeastern Award for 2003-04 and the OCSPA Staff of the Year Award for 2004-05.
Dean of Students Liz McCraw said, "The programs that Camille has developed are ambitious and have great impact. Our students have grown and achieved as a result of their participation in these programs. I have witnessed time and time again her generosity of spirit and her strong commitment to individual success. As Assistant Dean of Students, she will continue to make a significant difference in our campus community."
