All incoming 7th, 9th, and 11th grade athletes or any athlete that has been hospitalized in the past year will need an athletic physical for the 2007-08 school year. 

 

WHEN: Friday, August 3, 2007 @ 12:30 PM

 

WHERE:  Family Care Center, Bonham

                 Dr. James Froelich

 

COST:  $25.00

 

Please contact your coach or the school to get a physical form.  All preparticipation physical forms must be completed with Parent/Guardian’s signature before the physical and brought to the coaches on August 3rd.

 

Student/athletes will not be allowed to practice or play without a physical.
