For a crowd of over 50 "Harry Potter" fans at the Bonham Public Library, the early morning hours of July 21 were filled with crystal balls, sorting hats and the imaginitive world of author J.K. Rowling.

The library held a "Potter Party" from midnight until 2:00 a.m. that culminated with Jill Smith, President of the Bonham Public Library Board of Directors, reading the first chapter of the just-released fantasy novel.

The Bonham Public Library will have four copies of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows," the seventh and final book in J.K. Rowling's "Harry Potter" series on sale Saturday.
