The SHERMAN POLICE ASSOCIATION AND THE CITY OF SHERMAN are hosting a FRIGHT FEST Halloween Party, October 31, 2002, 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., at the Municipal Building to provide a safe environment for the children of Grayson County. We would like to personally invite your business to join us.

We are asking businesses to set up their own table and pass out candy to the children. Awards will be given for the best display. Businesses can bring any advertisement they wish. Set up time will be from 5:00 to 5:30 p.m.

There wil1 be a costume contest for all ages with trophies and gift certificates given as prizes for first and second in three age groups. The registration time for this event will be 6:30-8:20 with judging at 8:30 p.m.

A jack-o-lantern contest will be held for ages 5 to adult. The registration will be from 6:00 to 7:50 with judging at 8 p.m. Trophies for first place only will be awarded for the three age groups. Participants are asked to bring PRE-CARVED pumpkins for this event.

We will also have a live band, Double Click, performing on the gazebo.
