Bonham, Texas -- This Saturday marks the 40th anniversary of the Autumn in Bonham bicycle rally. Over 300 bicyclists from around the state will be pedaling through the streets of Bonham and the scenic roads of Fannin County. The Bonham Area Chamber of Commerce asks all residents to be aware of the bicycle traffic and to please share the road with courtesy and respect.

Riders will depart from the Bonham Trade Days grounds at 8:00 AM and will be returning throughout the morning and early afternoon. Bicyclists will be seen primarily on Center Street, FM 273, FM 1396, FM 897, FM 409, FM 100, and State Hwy 56. The gravel grinder routes will wind through primarily the Telephone area.

Paved Road Rally routes: 4 miles, 30 miles, 40 miles, 65 miles, and 100 miles

Gravel Rally routes: 47 miles, and 67 miles

We invite everyone to step outside and cheer our cyclists as they pass your businesses and homes. We also ask that aggressive pets be restrained to ensure both your animal and the riders’ safety. Autumn in Bonham Festival with games, vendors, food, and fun will welcome riders and all Fannin County residents and guests at the Bonham Trade Days grounds. A free concert by the Cassanovas and sponsored by Deuces Wild we be on stage from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Bring your lawn chairs and join us for our grand 40th anniversary celebration!
