FANNIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING COUNTYWIDE
POLLING PLACE PROGRAM ADOPTION

Notice is hereby given that the Fannin County Commissioners Court will hold a Public Hearing at 8:50 a.m. on July 21, 2026 in the County Courthouse located at 101 E. Sam Rayburn Drive, Bonham, Texas.

The public is invited to make comments concerning the proposal to:

1. Adopt the Fannin County Countywide Polling Place
Program

This hearing and actions by the Commissioners’ Court are subject to Local Government Code Chapter 233.
