Fort Worth, Texas — This Juneteenth, the Fort Worth Botanic Garden is honored to welcome the entire community for a free day of exploration, reflection, and celebration across all 120 acres. On Friday, June 19, 2026, every guest is invited to enjoy free general admission from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (last admission at 5 p.m.). Onsite parking is complimentary and access to FWBG’s newest exhibit, Sean Kenney’s Nature Pop! Made with Lego Bricks is also included free of charge.

With 23 specialty gardens to explore, there truly is something to delight every guest. Wander through the serene Japanese Garden, where koi glide beneath the surface of tranquil pools. Marvel at the iconic Rose Garden, where terraced walkways lead you through a dazzling display of colorful seasonal blooms. No matter how you spend your time here, the Garden promises a day worth remembering!

Free admission days are just one of the many ways FWBG works to make the Garden a welcoming space for everyone, all year long.

Other Access Programs:

EBT: Free general admission with SNAP/WIC card and photo ID. Discounted family membership available.

Museums4All - MusePass: Free passes available through Fort Worth Public Library.

Blue Star Program: Free admission for active military (with ID) and up to five family members (Armed Forces Day–Labor Day).

Veterans: Free admission year-round (with ID).

Family Community Pass Program: Passes distributed through local nonprofits.

Free Programs: Periodic free after-hour family and cultural events.

FWISD Students: Free admission 3–6 p.m. on school days with student ID.

Teachers: One free general admission ticket per visit with valid school ID.
