Plano, Texas -- As demand for accessible mental health care continues to rise across North Texas, Compassionate Psychiatric Services is expanding with a new office in Plano.
The mental health practice, which currently serves patients through its Southlake and Frisco locations, is opening a new Plano office to support growing demand for psychiatric services, integrative mental health care, and advanced treatment options across Collin County and surrounding communities.
The Plano expansion reflects continued growth for the practice, particularly in areas such as treatment-resistant depression, PTSD care, ketamine-assisted treatment, and integrative psychiatry services. Leadership at Compassionate Psychiatric Services says the new location will improve access for patients seeking faster appointments, specialized psychiatric evaluations, and both in-person and telehealth options.

“We continue to see more individuals and families looking for mental health care that feels personalized, compassionate, and collaborative,” said Noelle DeFilippis Chief Strategy Officer with Compassionate Psychiatric Services. “Our Plano office allows us to expand access while continuing to provide the individualized support patients deserve.”
The new office is expected to serve children, adolescents, adults, veterans, and families throughout Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, and North Dallas.
Compassionate Psychiatric Services offers treatment for anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, autism-related behavioral concerns, and chronic stress conditions. Services include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, therapy, telepsychiatry, and advanced treatments such as SPRAVATO® and TMS Therapy.
The practice has also recently expanded its integrative psychiatry offerings through the Texas Compassionate Use Program (TCUP), allowing eligible Texas patients to explore physician-guided low-THC cannabis treatment for qualifying conditions including PTSD, autism, and chronic pain.
Leadership says the expansion comes amid increasing awareness of mental health needs in North Texas and a growing number of patients seeking alternatives after traditional treatment approaches have not provided enough relief.
“Many patients come to us feeling discouraged or unsure where to turn next,” the practice said. “We want people to know they are not alone — and they are not out of options.”
The Plano office began accepting new patients in April 2026 and offers both in-person and telehealth appointments, including daytime and evening availability for individuals and families across North Texas.
