November 23, 1936 – April 3, 2026

She dedicated nearly 30 years of her career to Optic Electronics in Dallas, Texas. Frances was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and matriarch who cherished time with her family. She especially enjoyed fishing and singing with her husband Bill. She had a gift for storytelling and embraced all those she loved as family.

Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Reese Jr.; her parents; her brothers, Dub Wortham, Bo Watson, Leonard Watson, Edward Wortham; and her
sisters, Betty Jo Standifer and Hattie Naomi Brown. She is also reunited with her beloved dogs, Skeeter and Bali.

She is survived by her children, Donna Morrow and husband Roy, Michael Wharton and wife Dianne, and Coby Reese and wife Liz; her grandchildren, Mitzi Middlebrough (Rusty), Henry Martinez (Sarah), Lindsey Thomas, Connor Reese (Katie), Carson Reese, and Zakk Reese (Heather); as well as 10 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on April 9, 2026, at Allens Point Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband.
